Maybe from the food, or the water, or possibly the altitiude, perhaps the heat, maybe a lack of water (since you're not drinking it because you don't want to get sick), possibly from a mosquito, bed bug, tick, or tarantula bite or scorpion sting, whatever.
It's gonna happen.
2. The Bolivian currency is the Boliviano, the same word the Bolivian people use for themselves. So in Bolivia not only is time money, people are too.

4. Movies on busses vary greatly in quality from low quality poorly dubbed bootlegs of Duece Bigalow European Gigolo (complete with people walking in front of the camera) to DVDs of the Hurracane in english with spanish subtitles.
5. The quality of a tour is directly related to the strength of the tourism industry in a given area. Major attractions generally have good tours, but as you get off the beaten path the tours in general suck. So many things can & often do go wrong. Most of the time things just don't live up to your expectations. That said, some tours are incredible & well worth the price, it's just hard to know which ones are good beforehand.
